Consumer/Individual Bankruptcy

Bankruptcy is far more common than it used to be. If you are having trouble paying bills, we will advise you about your options, including credit counseling, deferred payment plans and loans. You can also obtain advice about consumer protection and bankruptcy laws. If bankruptcy is the best option, we will file your bankruptcy for you and serve as your advocate throughout the bankruptcy proceedings.

Commercial Bankruptcy

If you own a business or run a Corporation and bankruptcy is selected as an option, we will handle the proceedings for you in a Chapter 11 matter (in which your creditors are paid over time, and you continue to operate the business) or a Chapter 7 matter (in which the business is liquidated). We will deal with the US Bankruptcy Court, the US Bankruptcy Trustee and the business creditors as the advocate for your business.
